the grounds,beach,and restaurant staff were good. But the management and front desk staff need hospitality training.The rooms need a complete make over. The bedding smell very bad,they need new pillows and matresses.You can,t just change the cover and expect the stench to go away.requesting new pillows went unanswered. Bathrooms are old and smell. I really was not sure on what to expect with the Oasis Palm,I would read reviews everyday and check. I was happy with my stay.
