Positives: Beautiful lobby. Smells fantastic. Pictures don't do it justice. Real ivy hanging from pyramids evoking a tropical rainforest and fresh clean air without being stuffy. Gran Melia over-charged us for a late check out. I called them twice from the US and they promised to refund it, which they never did. They also charged us for a friend's payment mistakenly. Be careful about your bills. More
