My wife & I stayed here for 1 night. We chose it because of its proximity to the eastern entrance to Chichen Itza and thereby enable us to maximise our time at the ruins. In fact it was only a 10 to 15 minute walk away. This enabled us to see the son et lumière show on the evening of... More

Was expecting a simple but comfi hotel. The double bed was way too small, the ac, which you cannot but use, is so noisy both the inside and outside units you would think you are in s tractor. Restaurant was ok. Plenty of mosquitoes.....aggressive ones. More

We loved this place. It was great to be so close to the ruins. We went right when it opened, and stayed until it got hot and the tour buses started rolling in from Cancun. Then we went back to the hotel to rest, swim in the wonderful pool, and eat lunch. Then back to the ruins after the crowds... More

Eclectic, well designed, even trendy, rooms that are quiet. Free WiFi in the courtyard, mine reached into the room. Good beer (Bohemia), people seemed to enjoy the pool. Replicas of archeological artefacts everywhere. Pool room, library. I felt comfortable right away. Prices reasonable. More

We stayed here only one night because we had prior reservations at the Mayaland Hotel, but would gladly have stayed here the entire time. The rooms are clean, staff is nice, wi-fi only in the lobby, and a 3 minute walk to the temples og Chichen Itza. We paid $70 a night and the Mayaland which is right next door... More

Charming mid-priced hotel within a 10- to 15-minute walk from the eastern entrance to th archeological site. Bedrooms are small but pleasantly decorated, with one double and one single bed, each in its walled niche. Guests over 6 feet should maybe look elsewhere! Toilet is separated from the washbasin and shower. Hot water with good pressure. Safe with digital lock.... More

I stayed here a year ago and felt that this fine property had fallen on hard times. But I was delighted to discover that, under new management, the building has been attractively repainted, the staff (from the front desk to the groundskeepers) is uniformly pleasant and competent, and the restaurant proved to be efficient and good. The proximity to the... More

We stayed for two nights here (probably only needed one night as there's not much to do after you've visited the ruins). The beds were comfortable, the property was quite pretty and quiet except for the birds. There was free wifi (though it frustratingly stopped working every few minutes). The pool was fun, though quite cool in mid-February. There is... More

I enjoyed the whole atmosphere here. The bungalows and buildings are set in enticing gardens which are a delight. The open air bar in the garden was a joy. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was exceptional, but be careful of one of the chlil salsas, ask before trying. The ruims ar 15 minutes... More
