Great service, lots of options to go out and dinner, installations and amenities are wonderful! Best tip I can give is: honeymooners should go for royal service, you receive special attention and care from the staff, it's amazing!!!

“Paradisus - Restaurant Hadar”

We arrived at Paradisus La Perla on May 9, 2013. The resort was outstanding. The service was great, especially the Hadar Restaurant. The wait staff were outstanding. Their names are Rafael, Evelio, Adriana and Gilberto. Please make sure you see them when they go. They provide superb serivce.

This is the BEST hotel that I know in all over Playa del Carmen and Cancun. The price it's little higher but it's worth every penny. The service it's awesome!!! I loved!!! All the waiters are so kind especially Carolina, Rafael and Enrique they serve us with a big smile and amiability. I recommend this Hotel so much!!
