It is located in Tulum-pueblo, NOT on the beach. Thus prices are really low. I paid less than prices listed in their website. It has a private bathroom, hot water and a GREAT Italian restaurant (I'm Italian, so believe me =) ). If you have a car, it's perfect. Without a car, you'll have to use taxis or collectivos, something... More
