We stayed for three nights the beginning of May. This was out second time at Coco Tulum. I will say the addition of the sliding door and patio with chairs and table to the cabanas, and the restaurant are great new features! However, the upkeep of the shared bathrooms is not what it used to be. It looks like they... More

We ended a 11 night trip to the Yucatan by spending 3 nights at Coco Tulum. We stayed in Cabana 2, and let me tell you, if you can get into this cabana, it is the best one on the beach, and it was amazing. Joe and I barely felt the need to go sit on the beach, because our... More

We stayed in a hostel in town for a few days before heading down to coco tulum. The room was affordable and a little bit back from the beach but we had a nice little garden and hammock and were happy. Our room was nice and was always made up each day. The gardens and amenities were good. We are... More

My wife and I stayed at Coco Tulum cabanas April 12-16, 2013. We stayed in a garden view cabana. It was most relaxing. we really had a nice time. The management and personnel were top notch. This place has shared bathrooms and showers but they were always spotless. The beach was great also, so relaxing to just sit and read... More

Great stay. When I first thought of booking & read that there was a communal bathroom, I was a bit hesitant but rest assured, Its a NON-ISSUE. The bathrooms are clean & airy. The cabanas are wonderful - if you get a single, your cabana will ahve a grass thatched roof (alla palapa style). the grounds are wonderfully kept up,... More

The resort per se would be nice if the cabañas had private bathroom, if the cleaning staff would show up on a daily basis (it didn't in my case) and if they bothered to clean the only communal bathroom that exists on the property. The reception experience was the worst; the young guy in charge was rude and uninformed. We... More

Dear Sara Bracceschi, We remember you perfect from the past weekend in 2nd floor Ocean View Cabana #20. As I recall, the issue since your arrival was the fact that you didn't read from the reservation details, that all cabanas had shared bathrooms and only Tower rooms had private bathrooms. Our receptionist, signaled where it was stated on the website... More

We had arrived in Tulum and stayed at a hotel down the road before we came to stay at Coco and as soon as we arrived it felt like home. I stayed there last year with a friend and since they have improved the property with more cabanas, sun loungers and the addition of the restaurant. But, even with the... More

We stayed in beach cabana No.7 at the end of March 2013. This was the first stop of a 3 week travelling holiday and it was the perfect place to wind down and get over jet lag. Hut No. 7 was just perfect for us. It is set back on the second row back from the beach which provided a... More

kudos to the management!! - the amount of care and attention to detail taken on this property is amazing - workers even sifting the sand around the entire property every day- best place on the beach in it's price range by far! even with shared bathrooms the whole place has quite a chic and relaxing atmosphere-

Had a couple of the beachfront cabanas and enjoyed them very much. Plenty of breeze kept everything very cool in late March. I was apprehensive about the shared bathroom/shower arrangement but they worked out just fine and were kept nicely cleaned. They could get a bit warm come summer months though. The onsite restaurant was quite good and reasonable including... More

First of all, thank you for the nice comments around the facilites in the hotel and our new Juanita Diavola restaurant :) It is a very delicate statement against us, and we feel concerned of how this may affect our business considering the fact that the credit cards details are never complete on our end. Actually, swiping is how credit... More
