This was our first time in dreams hotel. we would say they are a lot better than the Rui Hotels. The food was amazing and the pools were actually heated. The entertainment team are just excellent, there names are Joselyn, Rubi, Hugo, Oscar, Sergio, Ivan and Alexa were all so much fun. because of this group of people we will come back to this hotel! They made us like we are the guest at their... More

Spent 9 nights here in mid May and stayed in the Hacienda style rooms in the garden area. DO NOT stay in these rooms if you want any sort of quietness. The rooms are made of concrete but offer absolutely no sound proofing with the suites adjacent to your room. We had a family with a very unhappy/baby next door to us all week. You can even hear the people next door open and close... More

We just got back from a week stay. We never had hot water the entire time we were there. We thought we were upgrading to a preferred room, but found out it was only a delux room. They advertised having four restaurants, but only two were open. On one night, they only had one restaurant open. We have stayed at other Dreams resorts, but we will never stay at this one. More

I need to say first that I'm not sure what some people's view of this resort comes from . Dreams is run by humans and humans make mistakes , so I'm sure that some people run into from time to time an error . But to down grade the whole experiance on what some may perceive as a horror in my opinion is terrible . So please read many reviews before making a opinion of... More

It is my first day home and I wanted to write my review while my impressions were fresh. We were a group of family and friends who stayed for nine nights. From start to finish, this was a wonderful trip. We upgraded on arrival to the Hacienda Master suites, ocean view. Very reasonable cost and I would do this again. The Hacienda suites are not in the newer area. As we choose to live in... More

This was our second Dreams resort. Last year we stayed at dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana. It did not disappoint. The level of service and standards were the same at this resort as what we experienced last year - exceptional on all levels. We are not picky...All I want is a clean room, nice beach and pool area, and be able to eat the food. You hear too many horror stories of dirty room and... More

We chose this resort because it was advertised as an unlimited golf resort. As it turns out, the golf is a $40 taxi ride twenty minutes from the resort, at another resort. $200 to play 18 holes. This was also advertised as an "unlimited luxury" resort. I guess my idea of luxury is different than what we saw. The food was average at best, the beach very small and dirty, the pools had scum floating... More

This resort really understands customer service. The staff go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, and they are very happy and friendly. The resort is clean, great choice of food and drinks, beautiful rooms, great beach for long walks, lots of shade to get away from the sun when needed. There are activities all day long if you want, but you can just lay around and relax, as we... More

Me, my boyfriend and another couple just got back from Dream Tulum and I dont think I could be any happier with my whole experience. Like others said, days and weeks before I left for dreams the reviews were not looking too good and I was getting a little nervous but there is nothing to be nervous about. I can understand some people have horrible experiences but I had the most amazing time! ROOM: UPGRADE,... More

This was the best resort I have ever stayed at. I love the Dreams resorts. We ate in the buffet for absolutely every meal. We did have some hotdogs and hamburgers pooside one day. The rooms are in close proximity to the buffet and all the restaurants are pretty much together, which is nice. The staff is very friendly. I did Zumba and yoga a couple times. The property is clean. We had a tequilla... More
