Check in: Fri Mar-16-2012 My family were greeted by a very rude woman, she was just ice cold... rude. While checking in late (by 7pm)... Not even a "Welcome" word, just a "sing here" with a long face. We asked for information on where to go for dinner and she just pointed with her hand "there" to a table with... More

I was really looking forward to staying at Casa Quetzal based on previous reviews, although apprehensive after reading the recent very negative one. Our experience was not terrible but there is much room for improvement here. I think the problem stems from the change in management which occurred last August. The new staff speaks very little English so are not... More

Nice place, calm, clean and good service. I think the only thing they should change is the glass door to get more privacy. More

I was greeted by the most unprofessional reception woman I have ever encountered in years of traveling. Icy cold, rude, without affect and clearly without experience in interacting with other human beings in any professional setting. The room was so cold, I slept in all of my clothes. The large TV was situated above a desk, so the only way... More

This is one of the loveliest, friendliest, convenient and comfortable places we have ever stayed in. We were there for three weeks. Every day we had breakfast in the patio outside our room. Our quarters were always well supplied. Owner Cynthia Price and Manager, Javier are very friendly and helpful. We already miss them both. You can see for yourself... More
