Great resort, lots of pool chairs, the rooms were awesome but in the 2Bedroom the 2nd bedroom we called "the dungeon" because it was very dark, no windows & had material draped over the entire ceiling- The resort is beautiful, the restaurant ok & same for drinks...BUT don't buy drinks there it's $15.00 US for each drink & the restaurant... We will definately be back to the Cabo Azul. I really liked the location being in the slower paced San Jose Del Cabo. It is too bad the front isnt finished because it will just add to the beauty of the resort. Loved the happy hour by the pool! My younger children loved the pools and there are ample places... More

We took our first trip to San Jose del Cabo in April for a friends wedding at Cabo Azul Resort. We usually stay at all inclusive resorts and were a little concerned about cost associated with the trip, but Cabo Azul did not disappoint in the slightest! I set up transportation through the concierge so we could have an easy... More

Normally we really run away from places that have time share ownership, and we are definitely hotel snobs. Cabo Azul really did live up to the test. Rooms: The rooms are fantastic so well designed. The decor is very white/dark combination, linens and cushions are all white and anything that is wood is dark brown or black, very chic looking... More

We booked a 1-br oceanview room several months in advance of our stay and the same day as our friends. I booked through Pacific Monarch after attempting to book through the Cabo Azul website which is a bit clunky. We arrived a day after our friends and were told that they did not have a reservation for us. I produced... More

As we are humans, mistakes are bound to take place. Our best defense is to deal with these issues in stride. Unfortunately, an error was made with this client's reservation but it was rectified as soon as it was identified. Rooms for Cabo Azul Resort are booked either online or via our US call center. The resort does not take... More

Just returned from a 4 night stay with our two young children. We used a group on which you would think would lead to less than stellar service but this was not the case. Requested a higher level floor due to young children having access to the pool and they upgraded us to a beautiful pool/partial ocean view suite. The... More

My wife and I visited Cabo Azul for the second time April 22-26, 2012. The facility is far and away superior to any other Monarch property. Staff is awesome in every case. Rooms are incredible, although the lighting is geared more towards ambience and falls short in respect to functionality. The little market on site is moderately priced in most... More
