Stayed there for just one night. The hotel is very old, which you will notice right upon arrival. Service is just fatal, no one is willing to help with your needs which is particularily important when traveling with the family.

Although the exterior looks modern the lobby area has a local colonial style look. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had the usual amenities but I did notice the walls were bare without photos or paintings of the local surroundings. Otherwise no complaints. The food at the buffet was quite good.

We had to overnight in Morelia before flying out of their airport first thing the next morning.
It has a lovely lobby and bar and was located across the road from a fabulous mall.
