Materials used for the reconstruction of this old building do not absorb noises ar all. You can hear your neighbors all night and street noises. Serves well for the purpose of walking downtown but dont expect a relaxing night.

Our room on the third floor was lovely - good ventilation, American cable, nice balcony, and a deep Jacuzzi bathtub. Beds were quite comfortable, though a little on the small side.
