I went to the restaurant at the Puebla Marriott Real for a Mother's Day Brunch celebrated on May 10th. Food is delicious, service is great and the surroundings are just gorgeous! Outside seating is available on a patio in a garden setting. Very clean.

For £12 a night, this place was great value for money. The room was a little dark/hot but apart from that it was clean, everything worked and the hotel is in a great location to explore Puebla (which was lovely). Service at the front desk was very friendly and informative.

Sheets and towels are stained pretty badly. The rooms are either dark and dingy but quiet or bring and dingy but very noisy due to being on the street. Bed had crumbs and hair on it. Pretty dirty. Friendly staff. Good location and cheap but not worth the savings for me.

Small airless rooms, very hard beds, stained bed covers and unpleasant bedding. No hot water in the shower, just warm. Nice staff, good location, but not worth the money. This is a small hotel with quite a bit of charm. It had a nice cafe, friendly staff and an excellent location just three blocks from the zocola. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, clean and even had a refrigerator and microwave. The mattress was comfortable. It does have a funky smell in bathroom. And bathroom was in need of some attention - had crack in wall in shower stall and holes in tiles around faucets. Other than that it was a decent , good value hotel.
