I work away a lot and I always aim to stay here when I'm in Berkshire. If you want an untroubled stay that is close to the sights (Windsor/legoland) this is the place for you. It's also very convenient for the motorways, and very close to central London but still with a very rural feel.

Very clean, comfortable, spacious room. Excellently located to the Loch Fyne restaurant. Only problem was not being able to get a phone signal in the room - maybe that was just Orange. Good rate too and highly recommended.

This was a birthday treat for my mother but we managed, with the help of the sat nav, to get horribly lost. How thankful we were then on our arrival, by now in darkness, to open the door on our beautiful, spacious and thankfully warm accommodation as our hosts had put the lights and heating on. The room was on... More

I never sleep well in hotels and find the rooms claustrophobic, so what a delight to have a large bright room with lovely en-suite and doors out onto a patio at Bluebell House. It was a pleasure to have good breakfast selection and sit quietly to start the day. We had a Japanese friend flying out from Heathrow so it... More

Stayed when visiting to attend Olympic rowing event at nearby Eton Dorney. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean. Unusually for a B&B (in my experience) was the self service approach to breakfast with cereal, yoghurt and toast being provided in the fridge in the room. No particular issues with this, just not what I expected. Quiet location... More

We stayed for 3 days and nights in the woodside room which was spotlessly clean and had its own private patio - despite 25 to 30 degree heat every day the room was lovely and cool. The owners are very friendly and checking in and out was very easy. And yes, they are having renovations at the moment to the... More

I stay here for business, when in the Middlesex area, cannot be faulted. Spot on every time. Staff cannot be more helpful I usually book via Internet which keeps things simple. It is only a ten minute drive to Windsor which as plenty of restaurants to choose from. Thee is a lock fynne restaurant one minutes walk from th hotel.

We stayed here the night before going to legoland. The room was bright, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The door opened out onto the garden where i could sit and watch my 7 year old playing on the trampoline and swings. The swimming pool is being renovated and the garden has been sectioned off for this and we were made aware at... More

We stayed here as part of our trip to London. We stayed in the family room which had two lovely bedrooms rooms and a bathroom. The rooms were comfy, clean and spacious one with a huge double bed and the children's room with twin beds. Both rooms had a fridge, well stocked with everything you could want for breakfast with... We chose this B&B for its location, as we had a flight out of Heathrow the next morning. That's about the only thing to recommend it. There is no common space for guests; we were not even welcomed into the B&B when we checked in--rather we all stood on the front porch in the drizzling rain. The room was adequate,... More

All the rooms at Bluebell House have their own outside entrance rather than on a corridor, this keeps the noise from other guests to a minimum, but it does mean walking around the outside of the house as there is no access from the main house and if it is raining there is little I can do!! The bed and... More
