Las Gaviotas is a very nice, calm condo. Much smaller than some of the main buildings on the beach which was very enjoyable. Staying in a smaller area was much more personable and less crowded. We stayed at Las Gaviotas and this time of the year it is very quiet but the weather was great. We love the Gaviotas because it is right on Sandy Beach and you can walk to town. CastawaysRockyPoint provided us the rental and has the best staff and took great care of us like we were family. More

This was the perfect spot for me and my family to spend our yearly vacations. It is close to town, it is a gated community, great views, great accomodations, great service. the front desk staff was friendly and they even recomended places to go out for dinner and for water activies.
