This hotel is located on the outskirts of the city in an area that is currently under development so it lacks "downtown" atmosphere (which might be just what you're looking for). I was stayed at Fiesta Inn Colima last in a trip to Costa Alegre beaches. It is a nice and tranquil hotel, very close to bus station but away from downtown.
