We loved the Grand Mayan. The grounds were beautiful and lush, the pools were kept clean and they were lovely. The people were friendly. Loved the spa...absolutely great swedish massage..best I have ever had! However, the beds were a little hard. If you go on a presentation, plan on staying longer than 90 minutes and they are very pushy!
