The best Hotel I have stayed so far. Their staffs are full of courtesy. Service, food , beverage, rooms are all up to my expectation. In addition their Golf Club have so much of facilities to offer my family while I was busy with my seminars. Spa- All should try! Cleanliness - Tip top condition. I highly recommend this Hotel!

Very bad location not close to the 2 airports although it was a transit night in our way to Bali. Very cold rooms, staff couldn't afford to change the 2 beds to one king sized bed although we r honeymooners, bottom line not recommended at all

Had to stay in Kuala Lumpur one night as missed connecting flight to Yangon, with Malaysia Airline due to de-icing of aircraft at Heathrow. Excellent service of ground staff to hotel. The hotel was beyond expectation in a quiet country area. Hotel staff very polite and helpful with good facilties of restaurant and the room was excellent and comfortable.
