A real warm and inviting Pub with great bed-rooms above. We have been twice now, and will almost definitely go again. Great food, amazing breakfasts great beer on draught, what more could you want ? A really good base to explore the peaks from, staff cant do enough for you.

A lovely welcoming pub with roaring fires, its own beer and great pub food, including speciality sausages and a super hot chilli. We have eaten here three times in recent years and never been disappointed. The rooms were comfortable and breakfast of good quality.
