Stayed there last week. Room was not cleaned properly. there was a layer of dirt on the Hotel information book, therefore did not want to pick up and read. The worst thing was the hotel pool. Booked last minute and go the suite we wanted. Romm was very quiet, even beside the elevator. Breakfast ws hot and cooked on the premises (eggs, sausages, waffles, etc). Pool hours were longer than most hotels and hot tub was great. Great value for your money. Third time in Banff and best hotel yet. Will be back here again More

I was planning on suprising the wife with a few days out in Banff. The place was a nice short walk to the main shops. The room was check-in was all good. The underground parking lot is a good idea. A good overall experiance. Ps. The only not so good thing was the greasy handprints an the sliding windows. More
