Red Carpet Inn is a hotel in the middle of Banff Town. Though not a high end lodge, it is a simple, neat place to spend a night. The advantage of staying there is that one can stroll the streets of Banff town. Banff is a small town in the midst of Canadian Rockies and the town is very picturesque... More

This hotel is attractive and clean with all the amenities we needed. Beds were comfortable. There was a safety bar in the shower. It was fairly quiet considering it is on a main street. We did not use the hot tub, but I believe it was being renovated and that we could use the one in the hotel next door.... More

The Hot Tub has been out of service for 4months. The hotel beside them will let you use their pool, but it is an outdoor walk over to them. If I was told about that when booking the week before, I would have booked a different hotel. It wasn't that they did not know it was not working. Parking is... More

I stayed with my family in June 2011 and had a wonderful time. Room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but there was cereal, toast, juice and fresh fruit. More then enough for me as I never eat a full breakfast at home anyway. I didn't use the hot tub there but... More

We stayed here for 2 nights from Sept 20th .Great location in beautiful Banff. Our family of five(2a and 3C aged 14yrs and two 11 yr olds) reqested the room with 3Q beds and this worked out cheaper than the 2Q plus rollaway option. On the main road but still very quiet even though we faced the road, main part... More

The hotel itself was not very special. The rooms are clean but not very large. No problem for the two of us though. The location is excellent, only a few blocks to the heart of Banff. The restaurant next door serves a good breakfast. The continental breakfast is complementary but not very special. Internet is free wich is a big... More

The hotel is a bit dated but for the price it is not unreasonable by any means. Wifi does work well and housekeeping is good. It basically just needs some fine tuning with decor. The breakfast is included but not the greatest selection and a small area for it. Having said this the location is great and so is the... More

Location is terrific. Close to town centre. Within walking distance of all restaurants in town. Clean, basic rooms with free in-room safe and hotel wifi. Ask for a room on the front for a lovely view of Tunnel and Sulfur mountains. Rooms on the back will give you views of Norquay and Cascade. There is a free continental breakfast; juice,... More
