We had a big room facing the main street, but it was clean, spacious and enjoyed our stay. However, our friends were given a dark room below with a little window that faced the pool that was not good. Overall, this room was better than the Fairmont Hotel down the street (given we had a small room and a bad... More

I wanted to spoil myself with an In-room jacuzzi, so we got the King Jacuzzi Suite for $182 per night. We were not disappointed. Not only is the jacuzzi superb, it opens into the rest of the suite so you can watch tv, chat, do whatever while soaking up. I loved it. The hotel is about as far as you... More

My wife and I stayed here prebooked ,from a UK tour company, in May 2012 with 38 or so other UK residents. We had a room on the 2nd floor (they call the ground floor the first floor here), very spacious, with a kettle (by request) and all the other mod cons, (controlled temperature air conditioned) with what can be... We stayed in the Rundle Loft Jacuzzi Suite. As far as I can tell, the only hotel that has a jacuzzi in the room (as opposed to in the bathroom)! There was a wood burning fireplace with wood provided by the hotel. 2 televisions (one in the main room, 1 upstairs in the loft where the jacuzzi is) and a... More

Stayed in a 3 bed loft suite, the suite was HUGE! Very clean, all the furniture was new and very modern. The staff were friendly and allowed us to check in about an hour early, which was nice. The amenities of the room were great, which included a fridge, microwave, two burner range and two TVs (one with DVD player).... More

What a breath of fresh air! The Staff and Space at the Rundlestone are highly recommended. My in-laws loved their personal room in the family suite. More

This hotel is nice and the beds are very comfortable but the girl at the front desk was a real treat, and I don't mean that in a nice way. She was not very welcoming or friendly, she was just plain rude. But other than her the hotel fine. It has a nice hot tub and pool and is in... More
