Shoddy renos (plumbing, none of the doors actually latch etc.) extremely rude, condescending management. during my short stay have experienced, dog feces in the hallway daily, extremely unreliable internet, came home to find that the toilet had backed up flodding the second floor and actually pouring through the lights into the kitchen, extremely violent...
