This is a good basic hotel in a great location. I have very little to complain about, but i would say staff knowledge and friendliness could be improved. Any questions i had for the staff always seemed to catch them off guard. Other than this minor issue this is a great basic/clean hotel.

Enjoyed my stay as hotle is located next to good restaurants and downtown area. MEC is close by and a Safeway just up the street (2 blocks) so getting food is a snap. Underground parking is a plus. Rooms are clean and neat. Service was very good.

The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly! I enjoyed my stay here, it was in a good location and a reasonable price. The rooms were spacious and they had very nice beds. The complimentary hot breakfast buffet was really good too.

Front desk staff was friendly lobby was clean and comfy . We got a top floor spa suite , the room was clean ,smelled fresh had a hot tub that could easily fit 2 people , all in all a good stay. The elevator was slow , that's probably the only con .
