I didnt go into booking this hotel with great expectation. But it was more like a luxury hotel than discount. Great food, spectacular service, very nice room. Only issue was keycard issue with elevator for many if us. Maybe instructions on use need to be more clear.

Staff are attentive, courteous, and accommodating...exemplary service! Rooms modern, well-appointed and clean. Fitness room well-equipped. Restaurant outstanding in all regards...must try the buffet breakfast when you stay! I've stayed here 3 times for business travel...always impressed (and quick access to airport).

I was with family for a celebration. We were treated very well by the staff in all areas of the hotel. From the room service to the lounge to the dinning room our experience was great. The hotel is near the airport so their is some noise but for the most part I have no complaints! Good job Best Western!

Port O'Call has everything you need before your vacation. A restaurant on site, a bar, excellent shuttle service that gets you to the airport and back efficiently. we used the underground parking while we were on vacation. Cheaper than fly and park. We would definately stay again next time we fly anywhere

We love this hotel, it's our number one choice. Very resemble price for rooms, clean and great staff. We won't stay anywhere else in Calgary! Pool is warm, great area for all ages. Good good provided by the lounge. They provided us with a real crib for my 10 month old daughter. Exceptional service everytime.
