really dirty and messy hallways over days.heater was not able to warm up the room.staff was more than unmotivated. that steels restaurant is expensive and the food is really bad, we ended up eating the last days over at the best western. never again! !! we learned ouer lesson about this hotel.

This hotel is awful. The room are super cold and when you turn the heat on its cold air that comes out. The bed had only very tiny sheets. Employes would not supply any sort comforter. We have stayed here many times and is a great place to stay, has been many upgrades since our first stay.Beds are comfy, very clean and the food is great! Would love to see microwaves in the rooms but overall its very good.
