The hotel has recently converted to a Holiday Inn and has added a beautiful Irish pub called Fionn MacCool's. All in all, a very nice place to stay and great for travellers doing business south of the downtown area. It is also conveniently located a short distance from the LRT station at Southgate Mall.

Stayed here twice in the last month for daughter's volleyball tournaments as rooms booked by club so we didn't have a choice in hotel.

My family and I checked at the front desk it was a little unorganized. The rooms were dated. The bathroom sink was cracked and stained. The trains were so loud ,if you stayed in the back of the hotel.

room not clean!!! when you ask to have something done eg.. no air freshner in room the guest services did not pass on the information to housekeeping, no coffee most mornings in room, bathroom not clean just an overall poorly run hotel !
