This is by far the absolute worst hotel in the city the service is horrible not willing to listen to any complaints or address any concern about the situation. I would never stay here again. It's noisy. You can here everything in the rooms next door and above. Cigarette burns in furniture. Bed sheets were torn. Rooms were not really very clean. But one thing I did like was friendly staff, pretty good continental breakfast. More

Once again we stayed at the Eastglen for the Capital Exhibition days. We can walk back and forth everyday. We love staying here, staff in the office are friendly and very helpful should we ever have a problem.
