I had one night here, with business at the West Edmonton mall, so this was a great location. The room was fine, 2 double beds and modern bathroom. Good sleep. Quiet. We've stayed at this hotel previously and other Hamptons during our travel if they're available. As expected, the front desk service was polite, pleasant and check in was smooth. Very well located when visiting West Edmonton mall. The rooms were very clean, spacious and nicely appointed. We had a king suite which had a microwave (with microwave popcorn WOW!), fridge, bar sink. Everything was great in the room but mattress on hide-a-bed wasn't good. This is my go-to hotel on my semi-monthly work trips to Edmonton.
The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is conveniently located, with many restaurants a 5 minute drive away.
