“NICE HOTEL, QUESTIONABLE CHECK IN PROCESS”

Very nice hotel with nice rooms. questioable check in process when they ask to take the numbers off your drivers license. nie sure i would ever stay at this hotel again because of that, i can appreciate that they need to confirm ID but to take doen the information off your drivers license is very poor!! More

“Two Night stay at Best Western Red Deer”

The room was very spacious and clean. There was a free internet connection which was much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very quiet throughout the night. Very comfortable beds. Staff was eager to serve and assist. The only thing I'd like to suggest is that the breakfast would cater to those individuals who have food allergies. I have a dairy allergy and the selection was very poor. Best Western could be the first to start this! More

I travel to Red Deer frequently for business and this is the only place that I will stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and very professional. I am an early riser and even at five a.m. they had fresh coffee...what a bonus! As an added bonus I can get a smoking room. Love this... More

Hotel room was clean and well kept. Lobby is small and breakfast was good. I was on the 3rd floor in an executive suite overlooking the parking lot.
