Had to take family member to Kamloops for eye surgery. Booked hotel for 2 nights as recommended by surgeon. Unfortunately the surgery was cancelled. We had booked this hotel through expedia and they were very accomodating in refunding for 1 night if hotel agreed. Hotel manager refused. Will NOT be staying there when we have to go back. Great location to hospital - 7 min. walk - and to downtown. Comfortable, clean rooms. Rates a bit high.

“Nice and clean, and little restaurant was cool”

We stayed here while my husband was in the hospital. Nice clean rooms, quiet and the little restaurant offered a free breakfast for us, It was pretty good. Quaint. Service was good. Hope the next time we visit is on better terms :) Thanks.
