Very friendly and informative welcome and check-in. Tower King Room very clean and bed was great! All associates friendly and helpful. Public areas spotless. Room attendants excellent. After a less than stellar stay at the Best Western Plus the night before - this was heaven. The hot tub was glorious, the waterslides were suprisingly fast and fun and the beds pillow soft. We recently held my Dad's 80th birthday party at the hotel and banquet facilities. Betty went above and beyond in making sure our event was superb.
