Coming in from Alberta and decided to stay one night to do some shopping. Perfect location as it is downtown, right across from the Orchard Park Mall and Close to other stores, restaurants ect... I arrived early and had requested a ground floor room as there is no elevators. The check in was fast and very friendly. The room was... More

We stayed here for a couple nights before we went to the Marriott in town. When I originally booked this, I had checked all the reviews and the big word that stood out was CLEAN! I have to agree, this hotel was just that. The beds were quite comfortable. I would say some of the most comfortable I have ever... More

We have stayed here for 1 to several nights for about the past 5 years. It is older, but clean, and has been a good value. Our last stay was disappointing. The front desk clerk was not rude, but hardly personable, and seemed completely disinterested in our satisfaction as guests. We had planned to stay on a Sunday and then... More

This is a retro property; they still use keys instead of key cards. The halls and rooms are very clean but it sure can use an update. Decor from the 60's. We had a room close to a busy street and it was very noisy for sleeping. Also, could hear movement and walking in room above. For those reasons, I... More

Stayed for a weekend, rooms are comfortable. Hotel needs a little paint and upgrading. Hot tub was warm and pool was cold! Good value, close to Orchard Park Mall. More

I was surprised how expensive Kelowna was. The Dilworth was good for the price, convenient location, great service and wonderful beds. It is older so bathroom was a bit tired but CLEAN. Road noise was a bit much in early night but either dropped off or I fell into deep sleep. I would definitely stay here again. More

We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of September. We had a very large room with balcony and kitchenette well equipped with whatever is necessary to make a small meal. So we were pleased with the room and cleanness of the place. We don't understand, however, this silly thing about the towels. There was two of us plus a... More

Hello Marek B, I am pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us. In many of our rooms we have a separate wash area and shower area, face cloths and hand towels are in the wash area and bath towels are in the shower area, often due to lack of wall space the bath towels are behind the door. I... More

We checked in here for 1 night as it is only a quick stop in Kelowna. The hotel seems a bit dated and could do with major refurb. We were in a ground floor room and it was very noisy from occupnet upstairs. Every movement could be heard as it appears to be wooden floors. Rooms are basic although fully... More
