Ambiance was very nice, location quite a distance from center of town. This newly remodeled site is nicely done; however, value for money wasn't there when compared to other B&Bs. The walls are thin so conversations and noise from other rooms can easily be heard. Amenities were lacking for price of room.

We stayed one night in the Rose Room, it was simply beautiful! We flew to the island and Peter was willing to pick us up later in the evening. He was very fixable! Would not stay any place else in Nanaimo. The host, Peter, is one the nicest people you will ever meet. The food is superb and the rooms are great. The location is close to the bus loop and a couple of good restaurants at Country Club Mall.
