I particularly like this hotel because smoking is permitted on the balcony. If there was a downside to this hotel, it would be that it lacks any view and it is a bit pricey for what you get. That being said, it is very clean with lots of amenities and looks modern in the common areas and the room.

Front desk was somewhat friendly. Had booked over a month in advance, hotel was full (apparently) Ended up with the room beside the bar (112). Was very loud drunks outside both nights. I have stayed here several time when I have been in Nanaimo over the past few years. The staff are very friendly and the room are comfortable and clean. only downside was the traffic noise as it is just off a busy street. The breakfast was good.

We stayed here 3 nights and found this motel to be an excellent place to tour from. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, and the stay was quiet. We ate in nearly restaurants, and there were numerous, from fast food to fine dining. We will certainly stay there again.

Nice clean motel, only real criticism is the uncomfortable pillows, strange little cuboid things. Location is great for commuting down the island, close to the highway and the ferry to Vancouver. Excellent stay, rooms clean and bright, staff very friendly and knowledgable. Pub food and breakfast delicious. Will definetly stay here again and will recommend to friends/family. Front desk clerk Victoria did an excellent job when taking reservation and was very helpful at check-in.

we have stayed here many time and always come back. I love the jacuzzi suites, with three beds and flat screent tv's Perfectly located in the city , with so many things to do so close by. The rooms are very clean with alot of ammenities
