Very nice hotel in a lovely City. Perfect situation for sight seeing. Lovely big rooms. Staff very pleasant and also very helpful in helping tourists to get their way about the city. Nothing too much trouble for them.

The hotel room was nice, but can't say the same with the experience of a follow up with the staff. They weren't all that friendly like I've received from other 4-5 star hotels. Of utmost importance to us, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all exceedingly friendly, cheerful and helpful. The in room amenties were very nice. Although there were some things about this hotel that were only average, such as the rooms, I was totally impressed with the service and the food - I travel quite a bit and found their service and food beyond compare! They aim to please!

quick trip to "sunny vancouver", checked into the hotel, great reception area and lobby. room was good, however the duvet was lumpy and the bathrooms need to be redone. the gym was large and enjoyable. great location, walking distance to robson street, holt renfrew, and the court house.
