We had to visit the hospital with our daughter the staff make our stay more accommodating under the circumstances. Also the humorous signs were the highlight of our trip. And we just like to applaud you staff for making our stay very light hearted and memorable.

It's a great deal for downtown vancouver. It's right next to a convenience store and about two blocks away from the train. The adjacent cafe had good waffles and coffee. Our room was clean and had a fridge! It's the little things. But, above all- the service was amazing. So friendly and helpful.
