I hosted a meeting and also stayed at the Hyatt Regency recently and I must say - this hotel is a cut above the rest. With respect to the guest rooms, they are average size, but very nicely appointed. My only complaint is that the air conditioning wasn't working efficiently and the bed could have been better quality. With respect... More

My wife and I took a repositioning cruise which terminated in Vancouver just a few weeks ago. We decided to extend our stay in Vancouver for a few extra nights and just do some sightseeing ,eating and drinking in one of our favorite cities. We booked the hotel thru Expedia and got a very good rate. We were fortunate that... More

Clean, neat, great location, tidy, great service, friendly staff. Only issue was that we missed half of the breakfast buffet because it was across the room from the other buffet. Maybe we were just jet lagged and didn't realise More

We stayed here for two days after 30 hrs flying from Australia. It was easy to find in the city and check-in was an absolute breeze. Very friendly and helpful service all round. Room was very well appointed and looked out towards the mountains. We were able to walk around Vancouver and see all the highlights on foot within a... More

I've attended a conference and stayed at the Hyatt in ealry May. Excellent environment, good location, proactive staff. Exactly what I like in an hotel where I stay for business. They also have a nice gym and outdoor swimming pool. Restaurant and bar facilities are also very convenient and of good quality. No negative remark during my stay! More

We were at the Hyatt last weekend for a 3 night post cruise stay. We arrived at the hotel mid-morning after disembarking from our ship and were greeted by a very friendly and efficient receptionist (Julie/Julia/Judy? Sorry can't remember her correct name) at the front desk. She searched the system and found a room that was ready and checked us... More

Perfect location if your looking for a modern hotel downtown Vancouver. Near a ton of restaurants by Robson street a few blocks away. Stayed here for business but overall the hotel is very clean, very modern, great customer service and beautiful rooms. Would stay here again for business. Internet is a charge which I hate, I just set my iPad... More

Very convenient, centraly located between Robson Street and the harbour with a mall below. We stay quite often in Vancouver and prefer this hotel. Whether for business, shopping, or tourism, this is for us the best location. Also, I like that Starbucks has an outlet in the lobby. More
