Very comfy room: thought the necessity for two bathrooms in a one bd apt defeats me!! Room is well serviced, and we were lucky enough to get an end room with a view. Bed very comfortable, though furniture is a little shabby. I booked ski hire from home, and unfortunately we were initially double charged for this: we believe that... More

We stayed in room #205 over the New Year holiday. The unit is nicely renovated and spacious, with a full kitchen. The location cannot be beat, and the Blackcomb side of the mountain is a great base for exploring all of the terrain. Ski storage at Spicy Sports, in the hotel building, is convenient, the staff was knowledgeable when we... More

its about 50 meters from the Wizard chair lift on Blackcomb side. a few restaurants within 20 meter radius. we had a 1 bedroom with a large bed and a pull down bed with 2 baths. a bit tight but adequate for 3. no kitchen, but a sink, small frig, and microwave. they cleaned and made the bed, and changed... My wife and I stayed here as I had an event for work next door at the Fairmont in May 2011. Le Chamois was excellent value in for the Upper Village in Whistler at about half the price of the Fairmont. Parking was fairly cheap (by Whistler standards) at 18$. It has a rooftop pool and hot tub which were... More

We have been to Whistler every year for the summer for the past four years and have stayed at the same place at Creekside, so this year we decided to try something different. Somewhere not too noisy like in the middle of the Village and we had been to Upper Village and thought it was a quiet enough for us.... More

From the first moment we tried to check in, it was downhill from there. Their system was down and took over an hour just to see if there was a room available. We were not told our room number, I had to go back and ask as I was heading to the elevator. The fan in the bedroom was not... More

I recently stayed in an executive studio suite on the 2nd floor. I got to Whistler early in the day, I was told I couldn't check in until 4pm but was able to leave my case in a locked back room so I could go out for the day (was given a 2 part tag, one for my bag and... More

Normally I do not write bad reviews but staying at Le Chamois was awful. It was unfriendly and the staff were too busy to help us. We went 2 days without clean towers and had to go to the pool area in order to get fresh ones. After complaining numerous times, the management did nothing to help us. The rooms... More

The location, at the Blackcomb base, can't be beat. It was really nice to have the free, locked ski storage right out front, just about 25 yards from the chairlift. We've stayed in Whistler Village many times but most properties there aren't as close to the slopes, so this was a treat. This was also quieter than many Whistler Village... More

I carefully combed many reviews for Whistler accommodations for a snowboarding trip planned for my husband and myself. We couldn't have done any better than Le Chamois! Our price-range was mid-level. We knew we were priced out of Pan Pacific or the Fairmont, but were looking for something nice, cozy, and comfortable. We weren't planning on traveling through three time... More
