The Tantalus Lodge is an older property at Whistler, not luxurious but well maintained. Great for families as they have a well equipped kitchenette in the suites, not sure about all the rooms. Excellent location for winter sports and also for summer activities, close to Whistler Village, about a 10 minute walk.

Stayed here with family, had lovely 2 bed room with full kitchen and lounge area overlooking the front with views to the mountains. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including a dishwasher. It's an easy walk into the village with all the shops and restaurants close by.

When arriving by car, you are presented with a significant array of no parking signs but you have to ignore these in order to unload the car and check-in.
