The area around the hotel is not particularly attractive - it has an industrial/commercial feeling; however, the hotel itself felt safe and reasonably updated. For a reasonably price chain hotel experience in Hamilton, it is a fair option. One will want a car to get around. We did take public transport into Toronto for a day trip there - to avoid driving our rental car during rush hour. It's a very short walk from the hotel to the nearby Confederation bus station, from which one can pick up a bus to the Burlington Go station - for a train into Toronto.

Housekeeping was non existent. We stayed for five days and had to ask continually to have our room cleaned which was done only twice. I had to empty the garbage and set it outside the door because I guess it’s not part of the service. I had to replenish the cups from the coffee bar downstairs. Clean glasses were only replaced once. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating though.

When I checked in I provided my credit card to SAURIN. He stated that the hotel room was not going through on my card, so we processed it again. With trusting him I provided my credit card again. When I checked with my banking the hotel room was charged twice on my card, not pending charged fully twice. Now the hotel will not reimburse my card amount. SAURIN would not try to process the card back. It even stated on the hotel computer that my card was processed twice. He was rude and would not help my situation leaving me with no extra funds for gas or food. Very rude customer service and zero help from this hotel. SAURIN raised his voice to me at the front desk which is very unprofessional from a hotel guest stay. This hotel will do nothing because of the charges. Very dissatisfied and I will not stay here again. When I asked to speak with the manger while SAURIN was speaking to them on the phone. He stated that they don’t speak to hotel guests on the phone but I was to email them myself. Terrible service from this hotel and I suggest no one to stay here.

So this is a difficult review to write. The staff at this hotel is excellent. Wil, the bartender/server was fantastic. I cannot say enough about him. I had to stay an additional night on a sold out day and the staff made that happen. So, for the downsides: when I was there the city was working on the streets to the hotel. It’s pretty obvious that the city of Hamilton has no concept of traffic management. Because of the city, getting to the hotel was a nightmare. Once there, as I said, the staff was great. So the room: they use liquid soaps/shampoos that are attached to the shower wall, unfortunately the ones in my room had fallen off and they didn’t bother to put them back up. Also the curtains in the room don’t close so you get to wake up at sunrise, which may be their strategy for early check out. There were some other issues with the room, but the bottom line is that I will probably not stay here again despite the fantastic staff.

Very difficult to speak to a person at this hotel. Messages left with no return calls. Numerous messages left on Restaurant voice mail. Calls never returned. Reservations in restaurant forgotten. Frustrating and time consuming trying to speak to someone. Rooms clean and comfortable but minimal furnishings.

Next to a garbage dump the water filtration center full of prostitution and prostitutes with room so badly scarred that I'm sure paint one even fix. Very very dirty unpleasant and overly expensive the sandman's right next door and even though when I was there was no hot water these people have water I much rather Be there in ice cold water then be here.

I just stay at this hotel and I am impressed about everything. Very fast check in/out, very clean rooms with everything you need ( minifridge, kcups coffee maker, big tv), everything looks new and no bad odors like in many other hotels. Close to QEW Hgwy is worth to stay here.

My fiancee and I stayed here in the summer in order to access some local wineries. This is a clean and modern hotel. They did a wonderful job with cleaning and COVID precautions. The temperature in the room was slightly hard to control, and the parking lot was kind of hard to navigate. Overall good stay!

This hotel is a refurbished property. The rooms are all new and the hotel offers a bar-restaurant in the lobby. Ray at the front desk was awesome at check in. The restaurant food is really good. We had both dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both meals were great. The staff really make this property a great choice for the Hamilton / Stoney Creek area, combined with a great property right off the QEW.
