“Disappointing!”

My husband and I chose this hotel because of its location. It is right on the waterfront across the street from the City Hall. Our balcony actually overlooked the ferry terminal. So far, it sounds perfect, doesn't it? Well, unfortunately, a few things marred the experience. One, being non-smokers ourselves, who wants to sit on their balcony breathing in smoke?... More

Booked two rooms fro Sun til Tuesday so we could look around the beautiful City of kingston and find a rental accomodation for my son for Sept. 2013 so he can attend Queens for graduate studies. “Decent hotel”

On business in Kingston and decided to stay here. Great view of lake and wonderful staff, Buffet breakfast not so great, Limited choice and rubber eggs. Limited equipment available for thise who enjoy a good intense workout.

“Great location, nice hotel”

Stayed here this Easter past weekend while visiting my daughter at university. Excellent location on the waterfront. Very close to stores and shopping. Major restaurants are walking distance (Jack Astors, Milestones, Lone Star). Nice pubs also very close by. Room was very clean, comfortable and had a nice view of the harbour. Looking forward to going back in the summer.

In Kingston for family gathering. Holiday Inn always my Hotel. Standard Worldwide excellent. Kingston Holiday Inn fantastic. Check in smooth and accurate. Room clean, and bed very comfortable. Breakfast buffet excelletn choices, one suggestion, someone keep checking that food hot. Service in restaurant prompt and professional. Most definitely come back.
