We had multiple rooms reserved for a wedding. All of the guests commented on the poor service....from the initial phone reservations to the musty/chemical smell of the rooms...to having to request the elevator from the front desk.

We stayed at this hotel in February 2013 during family day weekend and found our stay comfortable. The pool area has a large swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. The bar has a pool table. Overall pleasant experience. The staff is excellent and the rooms are spacious and clean. The children had good time.

I have stayed at this locale over the years twice, three times a year and have seen it changed from good to average. Now it is getting to poor. Breakfast has become carbs plus carbs, a little fibre. Very poor. The tiny toiletries were used. Imagine giving someone used stuff.

As with the other reviews, the hotel itself is in dire need of an update. The furniture looks as though it came out of the 80's and the carpet is beyond saving (even the carpet on the walls going up the stairs). Having said that, the staff are excellent there and do their very best to accommodate. Like the title... More
