We had a great stay and our dog loved the bed the Hilton provided. The doggie toilet area was close to the entrance. Great place in a fun city. The loacation was close to the Budwiser Stadium and other nightlife. I will definately stay there again for future events.

Hotel is clean. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. Staff is very polite. Room service food is quite good. A fully adjustable desk chair would have been nice, considering the amount of time I had to spend using the in-room desk.

In my mind the Hilton brand should be top notch, classy and modern. But not this Hilton in London Ontario. It's not a bad place to stay but needs some improvements. We were in London on a Dance Competition at the university. This hotel was clean and well managed. Staff tried their very best to keep us happy. Food in the restaurant was very good with many choices available. We enjoyed being in downtown London. The walls have terrible sound proofing so if you have a choice ask to have no neighbors.

From the moment I walked in the door I loved this hotel, front desk were welcoming and informative, concierge provided me with great recommendations on what to do in the area. Staff at counter and during breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Pool is small and cold. Rooms need updating, need to purchase some new furniture. Was very disappointed that the bath tub did not have a show head with it. There is a separate shower.
