We stayed there in May 2013. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room had a good size and was very clean. The location was perfect! Would pick this hotel at any time again. The hotel offers free Internet, the beds were comfy and check in pretty quick. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were thrilled with the views from the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. However, the hotel needs updating. The carpets need to be replaced and the rooms updated. The restaurants were overpriced especially "Windows" even though the view was spectacular.

Cheerleaders everywhere was hard by great value for the money. Nice stay and some coupons to try other things. We enjoyed that. Bed could be more comfortable. Sheratons are usually nice value but typically has better beds.
