this hotel is very clean. the room we had was very modern, and updated! It is not very close to niagra falls, so keep in mind you will have a ten minute or so drive to the falls. I was very pleased with our stay, would definatly stay here again!

Stayed there one night. Booked it for the price and the promise of resort and inn and some amenities. The room was institutional in its sparseness. Sway-back mattresses and a couple of pillows. Pros Clean and comfortable double queen room. clean but small pool nice hot tub. good breakfast. close to the highway. friendly staff. cons cold sauna not close to the falls- 15 minutes drive. You can park in the back streets of Clifton (ellen Ave for $5 a day.
