I have stayed at B&B's for 20 years in Canada and U.S.. I always enjoy friendly hosts sharing their beautiful homes with warm hospitality. Parker House was a complete disappointment on both accounts. We stayed one night in the ensuite room. The place was fairly clean, well maintained and quiet. The breakfast was decent. We have stayed here twice now and appreciated both stays very much. The hosts are warm and very hospitable. The breakfast is wholesome and delicious. We felt very fortunate to get accommodations at such an elegant B & B on short notice. Leo and Roberta were very warm, friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Leo and Roberta are superb hosts, they made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped into their home. They really know their city well and were very resouceful.
