Great hotel un downtown Ottawa, very good location for sightseeing, staff always helpful. But I would recommend that a hotel in the nation's capital would have a newspaper delivered to the room. Also, FRENCH newspapers shoild be available in the gift shop or hotel.

Your usual average hotel. Two large comfy beds with fairly decent quality bedding and towels. No safe in the room and you will need to use your room key to access the ice machines. Internet access good (free!). Not really much else to add as only there for one night.

excellent location- very friendly staff, the restaurant was excellent with respect to the food however the service was very slow, a breakfast should not take about 45 minutes to receive for 4 simple orders.
