“No need to stay anyplace else when visiting Ottawa.”

The room was very comfortable, modern, spacious and quiet. Easy walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, architectural sight-seeing and shopping. First-rate fully equipped gym with a large indoor pool and a hot tub that was genuinely hot for a change, with strong jets. Staff was gracious and friendly. I enjoyed my stay very much.

“Average Stay”

They room had everything you could need, small kitchenette, full bathroom, queen bed. Kitchenette was cheaply made and poorly maintained.Room was clean, and in good location. Parking was expensive. Checked in at 11pm and was charged for that whole day parking which was 27$! It was alright, would recommend for short stay.

“Only stay here if you have to”

We stayed here out of necessity only....the rooms are old and need updating. The carpet was soggy in places and the hotel did not respond to our complaints. There is nothing special about this hotel - I would stay at the Arc Hotel on Slater instead.

“Great place to stay”

We had a great stay in Minto hotel for one night during tulip festival. Location is at a conveinent walking distance to ottawa downtown. Rooms are good size and nicely decorated. Service at the reception was fantastic. I would have given it excellent rating if it had free-wifi.

“Good value in downtown Ottawa”

This is the only place that I would stay in Ottawa. The location is fantastic, you can park the car and walk to many downtown attractions. Even the small suite that we had included a two burner hotplate, sink, coffeemaker, and bar fridge. Only downfall is the extra internet cost when most other hotels offer WIFI included.
