This hotel is better then the Chateau Laurier in my opinion. Rooms are very clean and are also very close to all the Downtown amenities including the conference centre. Underground parking is available. Location is a 7 minute walk to the Parliament buildings, 2 min to the locks and is connected to the Rideau Centre.
