Stayed there for May 4&5, two children- one 3 years and one 6mos. Stayed on the first floor, first night. Noisy, you can hear everyone coming and going, pool doesn't close until 11pm so it is loud. Staff were courteous. Nice follow up call after checking in. Room was very clean...a hint tired. Conveniently located. Pool was good too...even had 2 lifeguards on duty.( unfortunately water slide was not open...which was the main reason for selecting this property for my daughter) breakfast at the property was fine. Rooms are clean and comfortable, although somewhat dated. Beds are great. Negatives were very slow check in process and noisy till fairly late at night. Voices in hallways and in nearby rooms were annoying. It would help if staff would walk the halls and ask people to quiet down. The restaurant food was wonderful and arrived quickly. Stayed here on a business trip this spring. Weather was fantastic but this hotel was not great. Rooms were dated and bed and pillows weren't very comfortable. Stayed there for 4 nights for a workshop nearby. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Because it had an indoor pool, there were a lot of kids staying there which can be very noisy. My first night there I was able to hear kids running around on my floor till late into the night.... More
